The venue is cosy and quaint, its location is exceptional, very close to the cathedral, major attractions and excellent restaurants. It has convenient parking, downstairs bar.

the breakfast was superb and we enjoyed the plunge pool. our double room was very specious and modern looking with amazing beds. it was a fine experience, value for money.

The bed was extremely comfy and the restaurant was nice and had lots of food. I got free upgrade and enjoyed it. Good business hotel set in the trendy area. Pool was a real bonus. Plus their wifi was good.

A very comfortable stay and great value. We loved staff and location, they were FABULOUS. Everything was impressive as expected, though the bathroom was so small. The hotel was in a coastal area. Also, botanic gardens could be reached without difficulty as it's 1 km away.

Spotless, spacious bed, fab central location. Stunningly beautiful view of canal. The hotel was centrally situated. Moreover, it was 1 km from bettys cafe tea rooms...
Facilities were comfortable, however Wi-Fi signal was not good.

We loved our 2 nights here. We were offered standard queen room with a heating system, an iron and a flat screen TV which were very good. Thanks again to valet, you rock! Dch Restaurant, set within 5 minutes' walk, was the best for dining.

Thank you for a perfect service, would recommend. It's fine base for visiting some must see attractions in York. The bed was comfortable, as were the pillows. Besides, we parked our car nearby.

100 metres from the hotel you'll find The Three Legged Mare, you'll definitely enjoy your meal. York minster was easily accessible within a 10-minute stroll. York City Centre neighbourhood was worth exploring.
